The censor’s “kiwame” seal appears toward the bottom of this impression, indicating it came from the earlier 1827-1830 edition. The later 1842-1846 edition has a “nanushi” censor’s seal on the right of the print. Early impressions of this design are rare, particularly un-trimmed and in as well-preserved condition as this impression.
